Important Details You Should Know

A government-issued photo ID (state driver’s license, passport, or student ID if applicable) must be presented at the appointment.

The copy must be an exact, unaltered duplicate of the original. The notary cannot certify altered, incomplete, or photocopied copies that have been previously certified by a government agency (e.g., birth certificates, marriage licenses) unless permitted by the issuing agency.

Mileage/travel fees may apply for mobile service outside our standard service area. Additional fees apply if you need multiple certified copies of multiple originals.

If you need printing, scanning, mailing, or overseas courier services for your certified copy, select the additional service when booking so we can bring or arrange the required equipment.

For overseas use (apostille or foreign legalization), please inform us ahead of time so we can ensure the certification meets the destination country’s requirements.

An In-Person appointment in Salt Lake County will be accompanied by a $35 travel fee in addition to the standard $10 charge for notarization.

An In-Person appointment in Utah County will be accompanied by a $60 travel fee in addition to the standard $10 charge for notarization.
